To verify vehicle information via the DVLA vehicle enquiry service.

DVLA (UK): Registration plates are submitted to the DVLA API solely to retrieve vehicle details.
Email delivery providers: Used only to send reports you explicitly trigger within the App.
Cloud infrastructure providers: Data is stored securely on hosted cloud services.

Vehicle and customer records are retained for as long as your account is active or as required by your business. You may contact us to request deletion of specific records.
